Rented a lift gate to pick up

walking the mill to the lift gate

down to ground level

picked up the mill to pull lift gate out

used the truck to push the mill in the garage

ready for it’s sled ride down to the walk-out basement

Cleaning & repainting starts

Added VFD drive & power feed

then added 2 axis DRO

Tearing down

Strapped to a pallet

use the come-along and blocks to move back up the hill
